The delay or failure of AtOdds to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Sale by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit AtOdds’ rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. AtOdds shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Not withstanding any other provision of these Terms of Sale, any provision of these Terms of Sale that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Sale. SHIPPING

• Once we shipped your order, we’ll send you an e-mail with your order’s tracking details.
• Total delivery time is 6-7 days, which includes 1-2 days for processing the order and 3-5 days for delivering the product to your destination.
• Shipment may get delayed due to unfavorable circumstances like Covid restrictions, natural calamities, etc. In such cases, customers are requested to co-operate and coordinate with us.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Order once placed cannot be cancelled due to the customized nature of the product.
• We have no refund and return policy but replacement can be provided in the following cases:
  • If you have received damaged product. If your product appears to be damaged, please contact us immediately at the given contact details (Replacement will be provided in genuine cases only, we’ll need proper evidences like clear photographs and video of damaged product).

  •  Buyer should inform us about damaged product in the span of 48 hours after delivery. Any complain registered after that will not be considered. 

  • If the buyer does not get the ordered product within 15 days from the order date, we’ll send the product again without any charges.
• No replacements will be provided if the customer does not like the product’s color, quality, etc. or feels the product does not match his or her expectations.
• No replacements will be provided if the customer complains about the minor variations in color and designs, there’ll always be some variation in color between the online images and original product that you receive due to photographic effects.
• No replacements will be provided in the case customer returned the product without prior confirmation from our team.
• No replacements will be provided for incorrectly placed orders.

UNDELIVERED PRODUCTS

If an order does not successfully deliver at the address provided by the buyer within the given time period, please use the contact section and let us know. We’ll try to re-ship your order as soon as possible and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We’ll not be responsible for the product’s delivery in the following cases:

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer.
• If the customers fail to collect the order in 3 delivery attempts by the courier partners.
• Package refused by the customer.

Under these cases, if customer wants us to re-ship the order, then he need to pay INR 80 as re-shipping charges. The product will be then shipped again and tracking details will be provided.

CUSTOM IMAGE ORDERS

In case customer wants any specific wallpaper/image printed on the wrap, liabilities arising from any copyright or other intellectual property violations will belong to the customer. AtOdds.in does not bear any responsibility regarding the confidentiality and possible misuse of the custom images being uploaded, however AtOdds.in has done its best to protect the privacy of such images.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Atodds.in grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Atodds.in. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Atodds.in. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Atodds.in without express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Atodds.in name or trademarks without the express written consent of Atodds.in. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Atodds.in. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of Atodds.in many web sites so long as the link does not portray Atodds.in, or its products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Atodds.in logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. Atodds.in shall have all the rights to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your involvement / participation in any way on your own or through group/s of People, intentionally or unintentionally in DoS/DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services).

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Uttar Pradesh.

The use of any trade name or trademark is for identification and reference purposes only.
